Connect MomAPI to your tools
Match the request format to your client’s capabilities, then validate with a small request.
Tools differ in how much of the OpenAI-compatible API they support. Check whether your client uses Responses or Chat Completions before choosing a model.
Common connection settings
| Field | Suggested value |
|---|---|
| Name | MomAPI |
| Server / Base URL | https://api.momapi.link/v1 |
| API key | A MomAPI key created specifically for this application |
| Model | A full model ID available to that key |
| Streaming | Enable when required by the channel; the Responses example uses true |
If a tool asks for a service domain rather than a Base URL, follow its instructions and use https://api.momapi.link to avoid duplicating paths.
Choose by actual capabilities
- Clients supporting Responses: choose a channel supporting that endpoint. Enable streaming for streaming-only channels.
- Chat Completions-only clients: use models confirmed to support that format. Do not simply change the path of a Responses request.
- Tools, images, and long context: support must exist in the model, channel, and client. A model name alone is not enough.
One-click CC Switch import
Open API keys, click CC Switch in the key’s Actions column, choose your client and model, then click “Open CC Switch”. Connection and usage queries are imported together.
Without a subscription, the card shows your USD wallet balance. With a subscription, it adds a compact usage summary such as 7天40% 5d21h on the same line. The percentage means used quota; queries refresh every 5 minutes.
The default API endpoint is https://api.momapi.link, with /v1 for Codex. Use CC Switch 3.20.4 or later supporting this protocol. Update or re-import an old configuration once.
If an upstream New API update is not yet supported by the native integration, use standalone import and grant management.
Usage queries and revocation
The card shows wallet balance and, when available, current subscription usage and its reset countdown. With no subscription, only the balance appears. It does not show key quota or multiple plan cards.
Query access is read-only, valid for up to 365 days, and expires if the key expires, is disabled, deleted, or replaced. Only the active provider automatically refreshes every 5 minutes.
To revoke access, select the same key in grant management and choose “Revoke balance access for this key”. Import again to authorize queries anew.
Three checks after setup
- Send a short request and confirm it finishes successfully.
- Verify its model and charge in usage logs.
- Test streaming, tool use, and timeouts with your real workload.
For troubleshooting, include the tool name, version, redacted settings, time, and request ID. Never include an API key.
Include a request ID and error message in your ticket. Never include your API key.
